Service Technician

📍 Location: Japan (Remote with business travel)
📑 Employment type: Full-time (40 hours/week) – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, both online and on-site.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints: Respond within 24 hours, follow up until resolution, and visit customers when necessary.
- Oversee RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes: Track returns through the CRM system and keep records updated.
- Plan service visits: Dedicate 50% of your time to on-site visits and proactive customer support.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to review ongoing issues and RMA cases, fostering team collaboration.
- Prepare a monthly report summarizing key activities and outcomes.
- Follow call center project task lists and meet deadlines.
- Conduct routine customer visits, ensuring clear communication and rapport.
- Provide feedback and analysis reports for internal improvements.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction.
- Deliver training sessions on Ananda products and tools for customers (Ananda Link).
- Collaborate on service process reviews to optimize efficiency.
- Support customer visits for additional needs, such as business support.
- Prepare a monthly report summarizing key activities and outcomes.
Job Requierements
- Technical experience in assembling or repairing industrial products or equipment. Experience in PCBA welding is a plus.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical field.
- Minimum secondary-level education.
- Fluent in Japanese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Must be based in Japan and available for business travel.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems.
